Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy involving the use of smooth, heated stones. The heat from the stones helps to relax muscles, allowing access to deeper muscle layers. This type of massage can be beneficial for easing muscle tension, improving blood flow and promoting overall relaxation
